New activity : The "Thursday's walk"
Some regular visits to Paris begun in July. We visit the best part of the Capital, and we meet over there French people to discuss with.
In another hand, those who do not know the Perche can visit this region with us, its famous manor houses, mills, picturesque villages in the beautiful hilly countryside.

Nouvelle activité : "Les promenades du Jeudi"
Depuis juillet, nous nous promenons ensemble à Paris. Nous visitons les meilleurs coins de la capital et partons à la rencontre des Français et des Françaises.
D'un autre côté, les personnes qui ne connaissent pas encore le Perche pourront aussi découvrir avec nous, notre superbe région, ses manoirs et moulins, ses villages pittoresques nichés dans les magnifiques collines du Perche.

Basée dans l'Orne en Normandie, L’EFDP accueille les personnes non-francophones qui ont choisi de s’installer dans le Perche ou qui y vivent depuis quelques années

L'association donne des cours de Français
dans une ambiance familiale et conviviale où chacun prend de l’assurance et enfin ose parler avec ses voisins et comprend la vie quotidienne. L'efdp les aide à résoudre les tracas administratifs. Des animations linguistiques autour des thèmes de la cuisine, du patrimoine, des randonnées sont aussi organisées… Des semaines en immersion.

L'association publie épisodiquement un journal bilingue gratuit The Perche dans lequel on retrouve des info locales pratiques sur la vie dans le Perche et en France en général. Réalisé à quatre mains par une anglaise, Maureen Phillips et une française, Danielle Houzé, elles-mêmes arrivées dans le Perche il y a quelques années…

  L'association organise un Club Franco-Anglais où Français et Anglais se rencontrent et conversent dans les deux langues (agenda)

Located in the Orne, Normandy, the EFDP is there to help non French-speaking people who have decided to settle in the Perche or who have been living here for a few years

The association offers convivial French lessons (individual, intensive or in small groups) how to help them communicate with their neighbours and understand the French way of life and administrative problems. Immersion.

The EFDP often has workshops to discuss different social topics such as French cooking, the historical riches of the Perche, how to discover the region on foot, etc.

And efdp publishes a free journal The Perche on internet which provides information and a link between the members. It is produced through the combined efforts of Maureen Phillips and Danielle Houzé, who have both been living in the Perche for several years.  They talk about local people, coming events etc.

The association enables them to meet French people in the Anglo-French club, to converse in both languages (agenda).
